Go to the main screen, and then Extras. Enter the following for whatever you want.
- All Cars and 1 Million Creds: Enter GIEVEPIX
- All Tracks: Enter GIVEALL
- Flatmobile Car: Enter WOTKINS
- Ice Cream Truck: Enter RAIDERS
- Pimpster Car: Enter RUTTO
- Rocket Car: Enter KALJAKOPPA
- School Bus: Enter GIEVCARPLZ

You must win the race finals.
