Beat the game on hard difficulty to unlock one life mode.
Unlockable: All Levels
To unlock all single player and multi-player levels in GoldenEye: Rogue Agent enter DOWN, RIGHT, DOWN, RIGHT, UP, DOWN, UP, LEFT at the extras menu.
