To unlock Richard Petty, create a new car/character and name it/him Richard Petty.

Enter Extra Drivers for a list of exotic (non-stripper) drivers.
You can also enter Dale Earnhardt to unlock the late great racer.
Unlock Tiburon Speedway
If you have a save from any 2003 EA Sports game on your hard drive or memory card, the Tiburon Speedway track will be automatically unlocked.
