On the new officer menu, create an officer with the name of "Sun Tzu" (the author of Romance Of The Three Kingdoms), and he will have very high skills.
Unlock Multiplayer
During gameplay, press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + SELECT. Select a character from the list that appears. You can have up to eight total characters.
