Hint: Nine Second Jump
Transport to Metro-City and enter the race. After you break through the glass near the end of the track, stay to the right. You need to go over the first ramp you approach, but do not jump! If you swerve to the right, you will see a gap between a building and one of those "silo" shaped buildings. You don't get a big jump from it, but the fall itself takes nearly 9 seconds. If you hit this "ramp" fast enough, it's an easy 9 second jump to complete the career highlight.
