To get the Gold Belt, win the Silver Belt. Then go into UFC Mode and enter your wrestler (with the Silver Belt) in the Free Weight competition. Win the UFC mode to get the Gold Belt.

To unlock Dama White, finish all challenges with Lorenzo Fertita. Go to the character select screen, highlight Fertita, and press L1 to play as John McCarthy.

To unlock Nin-Jitsu style in Career Mode, create a Karate fighter and beat Career with him.

To unlock John McCarthy, finish all challenges with Mario Yamasaki. Go to the character select screen, highlight Yamasaki, and press L1 to play as John McCarthy.
Unlock Card Girl B
To unlock Card Girl B, do all the hidden moves of Card Girl A. Then go to the character menu and select Card Girl A while holding down L1.
